Witton Lodge No. 124 experienced an exceptional year during 2016.
The Official Opening of the new Lodge Room by the Onkaparinga Mayor and the Grand Master; new Joining Members; Initiates; Social Events; the first Installation in the new Room; and all topped off with what must be acclaimed as the most novel Installation Banquet that Freemasonry has seen in this State.
The Installation of WBro. Tony Milton was what must be acclaimed as the most novel Installation! The Banquet Room was set up in Medieval Theme with stone walls, a huge tapestry flanking the Master and Lady Shirley and the Installing Master, and an array of knightly decorations.
While we are well aware of Witton 124, PLEASE don’t lose sight of the progressive path in Freemasonry that leads from the “Blue” Degrees to Mark and Royal Arch Chapter.
The Masonic “journey” will mean more to each Master Mason and provide completion of the experiences thus far.
A chat with any Witton Brother who is a member of either Mark or Chapter will provide information on
how to join and what to expect.
